A 4-foot black chain link run that steps down a terraced yard, gate at the timber stairs. Dustin's note on it: the job wanted to see if he could “fall off retaining walls, bend over backwards, reinvent the wheel. I wouldn't have it any other way.”

The same yard's upper terrace: the black chain link carries on along the top of a block retaining wall and ends at the garden shed.
Sept 11, 2026 · 6' black chain link in asphalt
Six-foot black chain link set in asphalt around a business's bins. MF Fencing's post on it ends the way most of them do: “We love our MF customers, keeper coming!!”

A customer's mailbox got flattened by a passing driver. Dustin asked him to draw the hanger he had in mind and send a picture, then welded it onto the gate post the same day.

“This MF customer wanted a new, cleaner look on there enclosed storage area. We said ‘no problem!’” The commenters called it red, white and blue.

The fence line
Residential fencing is the core of the work, with cedar privacy at the head of the run. Everything else below is something Dustin's crew has built or fixed around Yakima, pictured on real jobs.

How a bid works
No call center and no measuring app. Pieced together from what customers wrote about their own jobs:

Dustin comes out and walks the line with you. Customers mention he shows up right away and on time.
Suggest
He asks what you're thinking, then suggests what will work better on your ground.
Bid
You get a straight bid on the spot or soon after. Reviewers keep using the word fair.
Call
When the material comes in, he calls and sets the install date.
Build
The crew shows up on time. Jim Hilton's chain link and shade-sail poles went in in one day.

Specialty request · Sept 24, 2026
A customer's mailbox hanger was demolished by a passing driver. Dustin asked him to sketch the hanger he wanted and send a picture. The galvanized arm was welded to his gate post that day.
In Dustin's words: “Any specialty request like this, dont hesitate to ask us at MF fencing.” Hand railings, shade-sail poles and one-off brackets all start the same way.
